Mascot

Inori Yuzuriha / 楪 いのりbecame our official mascot in June, upon the end of the Japanese Animation "Guilty Crown", produced by Production I.G. . The event followed after the departure of previous mascot, Agnes Boulange.

Inori Yuzuriha is one of the main characters from Guilty Crown, an anime portraying the story of a boy finding the courage and determination to free a deadlock between two parties engaged in war in post-apocalyptic Japan.

As the carrier of one of the most lethal avatars Shu is able to draw, Inori was born into the world simple to serve as a vessel, in the hopes of reincarnating Mana, Shu's sister. Inori existence in itself was a great portrayal of sadness.

Having a cold complexion with almost no expression most of the time, its mostly hard to tell what Inori's emotions are. However, later in the show, we discover what she truly is, a lost soul, confused as to whether she has emotions.

Wanting to spread love but not war, Inori carries a deep message for everyone. But at the end of the anime, Inori met her demise, and vanished into non-existence.

Inori's singing voice is that of Chelly, a 17 year old Japanese teen who won the audition for the role out of a selection of 200 others. With the voice of Chelly, Inori manages to captivate millions of GC viewers with her songs.
